TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNITS

30° - 500° Of Process Temperature Control

ADVANTAGE temperature control units are designed to circulate a fluid medium (typically water or oil) through a process application for HEATING or COOLING at elevated temperatures.

Often, process applications require initial heating to elevate temperature and then cooling to maintain the elevated temperature.

ADVANTAGE temperature control units supply process temperatures between 30° to 500°F (depending on medium). Temperature control units service only a single process at a time, but are designed to be moved between process applications as the need requires.

WATER TEMPERATURE
CONTROL UNITS

Water Temperature Control Units

Water temperature control units circulate water through the process and are used for applications were the required temperature ranges from 30° to 300°F.

These units use a pump to circulate water through the process. A heater and a cooling valve work together to control the water temperature.

Water units are portable and require a plant water supply source. Units are available with a variety of different control instruments, heater sizes, cooling valves, and physical packages.

Sentra models offer three levels of control functionality.

OIL TEMPERATURE
CONTROL UNITS

High temperature Oil temperature control units

Oil temperature control units circulate oil through the process and are used for applications were the required temperature ranges from 100° to 500°F.

These units use a high flow pump to circulate high temperature oil through the process. A heater elevates the temperature of the oil. Cooling is provided through the use of an optional heat exchanger.

Units are available with a variety of control instruments, heaters sizes, cooling heat exchanger sizes, and physical packages.
